Colorless clear crystal or white crystalline powder. The relative density is 2.534 and melting point is 880°C. It easily soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol. It will weathering in dry air and lose crystal water under 100°C. It easily absorbs water to deliquesce in air. |

It is used as quality improver, regulator of PH value, chelate agent, emulsifier and binder in food industry. It also is used in the processing of meat and aquatic product. |
